This is my reference-to-be of my character, Mr. Satan (who is going to be featured in an upcoming manga I'm working on~). I have to say that I am extremely pleased with how he came out, despite the fact that his right leg is a little deformed, and that he is... still lacking a hand. That was because he was going to be holding a pitchfork of some sort, but I haven't completely worked out the design for it yet.
Mind you, this is my very first attempt at a drawing muscular guy, and I've used a *lot* of references, but if you see something funky with the anatomy, don't hesitate to tell me so! This is the main reason I'm submitting it like it is, as opposed to it being all finished and such.
Here's some information on this cutie-pie:
Name: Mr. Satan (also called Lucifer) Age: 2000+ Height: Uhh... Really tall. Height reference later. |D Species: Demonic entity. Occupation: Lawyer and a part time door-to-door salesman... when not doing his hell duties, that is. Marital Status:Technically single, but has a wife-like figure with him. Personality: Crafty, vengeful, egotistical, persistent, word-twister?, manipulative, seductive. Background: He was once a beautiful and magnificent angel. Blessed with perfection in everything, and revered and loved by all in Heaven, including The Almighty. It was this reason that he given the title The Morning Star, for nothing other than the Lord was more radiant than he--and he was fully aware of this. He soon became spoiled rotten from all his good fortune and wanted to be more than second-best, to be equal status with God himself. Because of this, he was hurled out of Heaven and into the fiery depths of Hell, where he was to remain for all eternity...
Obvious recreation of the Judeo-Christian version of Satan.
Wow, cool. I really love the way you do highlights, like on the horns, hair and hooves. ^^
I know next to nothing about anatomy of this type, but let me try to see how it could be improved. Hmm.. the rib placement looks a little bit random/shuffled, but then again it might look like that IRL and I didn't notice. The other thing is that the waist looks a little on the thick side to me, specifically the lower part. Or maybe the shoulders slightly don't stick out far enough (the back curve seems to go out further than the shoulders would suggest). But like I said, I don't know much about this sort of anatomy, so it could just be me.
Oh, and I see what you mean about the leg. But it looks like it could be easily fixed by moving the knee a bit further to (our) left.
All in all, looks awesome.

Yea, the rib placement did seem odd to me too. But I'm not exactly sure if those are supposed to be ribs or not (since a few of the refs I used had that), like some sort of muscles or something.
But yea, I totally see what you mean about the shoulder thing. His left arm especially. Thanks so much for all the feedback. ^__^
And I'm glad someone got a kick out of the title. XD
